ONE of the core aims in the unique property syndicate projects is for those members who are keen to locate unusual homes to own, have the ability to grow a modest nest egg via our experienced team of unique property owning people at the main Bulletin website. A collegiate endeavour to start with, where we all help each other by joining together with modest unique projects. Eventually, as has happened before, we usually end up with sufficient funds for each to then go and buy their own unique property. Between 1998 and 2007 we have managed 18 unique property projects. When the banking crisis happened, pretty much everyone here agreed to put the property club into hibernation. In 2011 the Unique Property Bulletin went from paper format to full online presence. As a result of demand since 2011, we are bringing back the Unique Property Syndicates. Hence this website, and we extend a warm welcome. Onwards and upwards to Unique Property Syndicate 19 and beyond.

Off The Menu – For The Moment

Below are some of the Unique Property Syndicates we have spent time studying, before - for one reason or another - they ended up going off the boil and dropped from the menu - for now. These are included as at the time of creating this website, one property club outing for 1994 has, after 22 years, come back onto the for sale market - the former RAF Bawdsey base at Suffolk. On rare occasions we have returned to projects where we were gazumped, or declined to conclude first time around. An example was the Strathy Point Lighthouse Compound. We were pipped to the post by a buyer. When they failed to complete we returned and succeeded in purchasing that site on the second go. Just as well. We all had a great deal of fun. Plus our unique property syndicate members enjoyed a £61,000 profit between them. So this selection may be worth keeping an eye on in case any members recommend we revisit these buildings gone by...
